Tonight is the tree festival in Franklin square park
6pm - 8pm
Trees, crafts, carolers, Santa and grinch!

Ice skating From Friday, December 5, through Saturday, December 13, the Fort Johnston Tennis Courts will be transformed, complete with a full-sized ice rink. The rink will be open Friday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Monday to Thursday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Admission is $15 with skate rental. Children age 5 or under are recommended to wear a helmet.

Moore County is settling into a steady fall market. Prices are holding, inventory is opening up and buyers finally have a little breathing room.

Avg price is up almost 3% from last year. Inventory sits at 4.57 months, and homes are taking around 79 days to sell. About 125 homes closed in the last 30 days, which shows buyers are still moving with purpose.

Brunswick County continues to stay strong and steady. Inventory is rising, prices are holding, and the pace is easing in a healthy way.

Average sale price is just over $477K, inventory is at 4.99 months, and homes are spending about 85 days on the market. More than 260 homes sold in the last month — proof that real demand is still here across the coast.
